CENTRAL TIME
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am an alumnus of Montgomery Central. The days I spent there are some of my fondest memories. The teachers I learned from and the students I formed everlasting friendships with have helped form who I am.
I started this page to begin with because I missed seeing everyone and reunions usually only happen every 10 years. I didn't want to wait 10 years to see everyone so I thought of having a picnic every year so everyone that had attended Central could get together. The picnic was born and we had some great turnouts, many laughs, and lots of reminiscing. We even started raising money for some people in the community.
While we were having the first picnic we started talking about all of the people who had lost their lives since we left school. Unfortunately, there were many. I started to think we needed a place so that we could see who we had lost and let others know about the loss. That was the birth of the memorial page. I try and update the page on a regular basis, but sometimes life does get in the way.
I hope you come back often and visit the page and maybe even share it so that other alumni can be kept up to date on what we are doing.
